| How to replicate fields |
Often it is
desirable to replicate the format (Name, length, and
Description) of adjacent fields. To do this, simply
select the fields you want to replicate and either press
F2 or right click the mouse and chose the 'Copy contents'
popup menu option. When
replicating, the format is replicated from left to right
along the same row. If the last character(s) of the Name
and Description column are numeric, they will be
automatically incremented for each cell. If the last
columns of the name or description are not numeric, a
sequence number will automatically be applied by the
system.
